INABILITY TO FORGIVE- a grevious sin

Mathew 18:23-35.
Ephesians 4:32.

God, even when we were in sin, loved us and made plans for our
salvation. He was still very patient with us looking forward to our
receiving Him through Christ Jesus.
In our ungodly actions we grieved Him greatly. We committed sins
which were quite grievous but He is still ready to welcome us
when we come to Him, to forgive us.

Despite the fact that Simon peter offended the Lord Jesus when he denied Him three times, He still sought him and forgave him and went further to
commit spiritual things into his hands John 21:15-17.

Many will say, 'I cannot forgive him or her,you
cannot even imagine
what (s)he did to me'.

This they keep saying oblivious of the fact that when you do not
forgive others, God is not pleased with you and will not forgive you until you start forgiving others.
Not being able to forgive causes stunted-growth, it's quite simple, if you don't forgive others - the inability will make
you not move forward. unforgiveness is like a
dustbin, the MORE you heap dirt(hate) into it - the filthier it becomes.,
unforgiveness makes God unable to answer your prayers.

You may ask yourself:
'how do i know those i
have not forgiven?'
- it's quite simple, when you are praying to God your Father, you'll notice that the Holy Spirit in you brings up images of people that
offended you in one way or another to your
consciousness, both those you offended also. Remember that the Holy Spirit is a 'SHOWING SPIRIT'(He reveals things to us), He is showing you so that you can forgive them. Don't hold back, just let go.

As you pray today, go on and forgive ANYONE
who has hurt you in
anyway and also beg God for forgiveness regarding those you have offended so that He will also
forgive you your own
sins.
